Due to the limited, made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations under any circumstances.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • All items are produced specifically for you after purchase as part of a limited-time drop

  • We do not hold inventory for exchanges or returns

  • Orders cannot be modified, canceled, or changed once placed

  • You are responsible for reviewing all product details, including sizing, prior to purchase

We are unable to accommodate requests for:

  • Refunds due to change of mind

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Delays related to production or shipping

  • Dissatisfaction with fit, feel, or personal preference

Please review all details carefully before completing your order.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at rinispencerofficial@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery.

Your message must include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

If approved, we will provide a replacement for the same item. Refunds will not be issued.


Shipping & Delivery

Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for:

  • Lost or stolen packages

  • Carrier delays

  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may be required to resend the package.


Pre-Sale & Limited Drop Notice

This product is part of a limited-time pre-sale drop.

Production begins after the pre-sale window closes. Please allow additional time for fulfillment and shipping.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By completing your purchase, you agree to this policy and understand that all sales are final.

Any attempt to initiate a chargeback or dispute without first contacting us will be considered a violation of this agreement.

We reserve the right to provide this policy, along with order confirmation and fulfillment details, to the payment processor to contest disputes.
