Order Processing

All items are part of a limited-time pre-sale drop and are made to order.

Production will begin after the pre-sale window closes. Please allow 2–4 weeks for production and shipping of your order.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been fulfilled and shipped.


Shipping Timeframes

All orders are processed and fulfilled within a 2–4 week timeframe.

Please note that this timeframe includes both production and shipping.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and external factors such as carrier delays.


Pre-Sale Notice

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • This item is not shipped immediately

  • Production begins after the pre-sale window closes

  • Orders may take up to 2–4 weeks to be delivered

We appreciate your patience as each item is created specifically for you.


Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may be required to resend the package.


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for:

  • Lost or stolen packages

  • Delays caused by the shipping carrier

  • Packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier

If your package is lost or delayed, please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after receiving your shipping confirmation.


International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply.

These charges are determined by your country and are not controlled by us.
